Born in Sydney, YX Hot Pot now arrives in Chadstone, bringing Chongqing-style hot pot into a new Melbourne context.

Inside, the atmosphere shifts the moment you step in. Neon light reflects off steel and dark textures, steam rises quietly from every table, and the sound of simmering broth runs through the room like a steady background rhythm.

At the centre is Chongqing hot pot — slow-simmered broths built for depth and heat, fresh Australian produce, and ingredients made to be cooked and shared at the table. Simple, direct, and built around flavour that builds as you go.

The space draws from a cyberpunk Chinatown aesthetic — layered lighting, subtle movement, glowing reflections, and a contrast of old and new materials that sit side by side rather than blend into each other.

You sit down, the pot starts bubbling, and the rest of the room fades into its own pace.
